SkillMatch Support
SkillMatch support is available for account access, billing questions, marketplace transactions, payout setup, bug reports, and safety concerns.
Account access
If you cannot sign in, include:
- Your SkillMatch email address
- Your username, if known
- The device and iOS version you are using
- A short description of the problem
Delete your account
Account deletion is available in the app:
- Open Billing & Settings
- Open Account
- Tap Delete Account
This removes your SkillMatch sign-in and associated profile data. Some records may be retained where required for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, safety, or legal compliance.
Billing and marketplace payments
If you are contacting support about Premium billing, marketplace payments, sales tax, or payouts, include:
- The email on your account
- The order, listing, or project involved
- The date of the charge or payout issue
- Any screenshots that help explain the problem
Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple. You can manage or cancel Premium from your Apple account subscription settings.
Insurance certificate review
If an uploaded insurance certificate has an incorrect status, include:
- The email on your account
- The type of coverage involved
- The date you uploaded the certificate
- A screenshot of the status shown in the app
Safety and abuse reports
If you need to report harassment, fraud, impersonation, or unsafe behavior, email support with:
- The other account's username, if known
- The related listing, project, message thread, or review
- A short factual summary
- Supporting screenshots, if available
